Community College; experiential requirement; proctored testing and test security protocol; two-year update cycle for test questions; and, CEU requirement for renewal. Certification training and workshop are presented, along with a partnership with Lane Community College, called the Water Conservation Technician Program, that offers a distance learning opportunity.
