Deep Drawing And Reverse Redrawing Of Aluminum Alloy Cups 铝合金杯的拉深与反拉深

THE METAL FLOW IN DEEP DRAWING AND REDRAWING OF ROUND CUPS HAS BEEN SIMULATED USING THE FINITE DIFFERENCE METHOD (FDM). EXPERIMENTS HAVE BEEN PERFORMED IN THE MULTI-ACTION ERC/NSM PRESS USING ALUMINUM ALLOYS 1100-0 AND 3104-H19. IN THESE EXPERIMENTS, FORCES AND STRAINS WERE MEASURED AND COMPARED WITH THE SIMULATION RESULTS. THE EFFECT OF PROCESS PARAMETERS, SUCH AS LUBRICATION, AND DRAW RATIO, ON THE QUALITY OF DRAWN CUPS HAS BEEN INVESTIGATED.
