The Cross Connection Control Database Management System was developed to assist water utilities in the management of cross connection control programs. The system was started by the City of Vancouver, B.C., in the early 1980's and was donated to the Cross Connection Control Committee of the Pacific Northwest Section AWWA. The Database Management System is used by many utilities in the Pacific Northwest to assist in the management of their cross connection control programs. This paper presents an overview of the features of the system, equipment and software requirements.
