该标准的第一部分规定了决定暴露在已知不确定度的便携式无线设备上的人体内尖头空间平均电磁波吸收率(Specific Absoft Rate,SAR)时,采用时域有限差分法(Finite-Difference Time Domain,FDTD)技术的方法论。规定验证被试仪器(Device Under Test,DUT)数值模型的方法,以及在SAR仿真实验中使用时评估不确定度的方法。进而,评估立方体体积内的尖头空间平均SAR,并规定验证FDTD仿真软件是否正确实现的程序。频带适用于30MHz至6GHz
이 표준의 제1부에서는 알려진 불확정도를 가진 휴대용 무선설비에 노출된 인체 내 첨두 공간 평균 전자파 흡수율(Specific Absorption Rate, SAR) 결정 시 시간영역유한차분법(Finite-Difference Time Domain, FDTD) 기법을 적용하기 위한 방법론을 규정한다. 피시험기기(Device Under Test, DUT)의 수치 모델을 검증하는 방법 및 SAR 모의실험에서 활용시 불확정도를 평가하는 방법을 규정한다. 나아가, 입방체 부피 내의 첨두 공간 평균 SAR을 평가하고 FDTD 모의 소프트웨어가 올바르게 구현되었는지 검증하기 위한 절차를 규정한다. 주파수 대역은 30MHz ~ 6GHz에 적용
