JIS B 8622:2016规定了吸收式制冷机、吸收式制冷机/加热器和吸收式热泵（以下简称吸收式制冷机），每台制冷量为25 kW或以上。吸收式制冷机通过发电机（包括高温发电机和低温发电机）、冷凝器、吸收器和蒸发器等设备，采用吸收式制冷循环。为了冷却或加热水，机器使用水作为制冷剂，使用溴化锂水溶液作为吸收剂溶液，并通过发电机或高温发电机提供驱动热源。

JIS B 8622:2016 specifies absorption refrigerator, absorption chiller/heater and absorption heat pump (hereafter referred to as absorption refrigerating machine), each having a refrigerating capacity of 25 kW or over. The absorption refrigerating machine uses absorption refrigeration cycle through equipment like the generator (including high temperature generator and low temperature generator), condenser, absorber and evaporator. In order to cool or heat water, the machine uses water as refrigerant, uses lithium-bromide water solution as absorbent solution, and supplies driving heat source with the generator or high temperature generator.
