石油化工异种钢焊接规范 Welding specification of dissimilar steels in petrochemical industry

本规范规定了异种钢焊接工艺评定、焊工资格、焊接工艺、焊接检验及焊后热处理的要求。
本规范适用于石油化工、煤化工、天然气化工设备和管道的异种钢焊接接头的焊条电弧焊、钨极气体保护焊、熔化极气体保护焊和埋弧焊的焊接。
本规范规定的异种钢焊接包括:
a)不同铁素体钢的焊接;
b)不同奥氏体不锈钢的焊接:
c) 铁素体钢与奥氏体不锈钢的焊接;
d) 表层耐磨、耐腐蚀堆焊焊接
