本手册旨在介绍协同环境（FF-ICE）的航班和流量信息概念，旨在实现未来ATM系统的愿景，该系统需要具有重要信息内容和协作的环境。它说明了与ATM操作组件相关的流量管理、飞行规划和轨迹管理信息，并将被ATM社区用作制定ICAO标准和推荐做法（SARP）的基础，以确保以一致的方式在全球实施。

This manual is to present a concept for the Flight and Flow information for a Collaborative Environment (FF-ICE) aiming at the realization of the vision for the future ATM system that requires an environment with significant information content and collaboration. It illustrates information for flow management, flight planning, and trajectory management associated to the ATM operational components and will be used by the ATM community, as the basis from which ICAO Standards and Recommended Practices (SARPs) will be developed, in order to ensure the global implementation in a consistent manner.
