The product is similar to NI-ROD Filler Metal 44 (see Alloy Digest Fe-114), but is modified to significantly improve its performance at elevated temperatures. The alloy is Ni-Fe-Mn with an addition of chromium and niobium to improve its resistance to high-temperature corrosion.
