1.1 This specification covers a mixture of processed coal tar base with or without mineral fillers or polymer modification suitable for brush, spray, and squeegee application to coal tar built-up and coal tar modified bitumen membrane roofing, flashings, dampproofing, insulations, and waterproofing. 1.2 The values stated in either SI units or inch-pound units are to be regarded separately as standard.
