本规程规定了直流系统接线、设备选择及布置、直流系统的对外接口及对相关专业的要求。 本规程适用于单机容量为1000MW及以下火力发电厂、500kV及以下变电所和直流输电换流站新建工程直流系统的设计，扩建和改建工程可参照执行。火力发电厂中包括燃煤发电厂、燃油发电厂、燃气发电厂和垃圾发电厂。核能发电厂、750kV变电所及其他电力工程可参照执行
