与ISO 19901.5:2022相同，ISO 19901 5:2021规定了在所有生命周期阶段（包括概念设计、前端工程设计（FEED）、详细工程、施工和运营）通过质量管理来管理和控制海上设施重量和重心（CoG）的要求。

AS ISO 19901.5:2022 identically adopts ISO 19901 5:2021, which specifies requirements for managing and controlling the weight and centre of gravity (CoG) of offshore facilities by means of mass management during all lifecycle phases including conceptual design, front end engineering design (FEED), detail engineering, construction and operations.
