                1.O.1 为加强农村公路养护工作，提高群众参与农村公路养护的水平，保障农村公路养护质量，制定本规范。
O.2 本规范适用于农村公路的养护工作。
O.3 农村公路养护应遵循因地制宜、经济适用、保护环境、节约资源的原则。
O.4 宜采用新技术、新材料、新工艺、新设备，提升农村公路养护专业化、规范化、信息化和机械化水平
