Axial Force And Drilling Torque Measurement At Curved Cutting Edge Of The Working Drill 工作钻头弯曲刃口轴向力和钻削扭矩的测量

利用测功机研究,提出了一种与标准钻头相比,估算曲线刃钻头切削能力和经济效益的方法。通过对实验结果的分析,可以根据轴向力和钻孔扭矩的关系,确定弯曲刃钻头切削过程中的常数和指数。在这项研究中,使用带有感应传感器的设备测量了ST37、41Cr4和C45中工作时的轴向力和钻孔扭矩。
A method for estimating the cutting capacity of the curved cutting edge drills comparatively to standard drills and the economical effects has been proposed using a dynamometer study. The analysis of experimental results allowed determination of the constants and the exponents from the relations of axial force and drilling torque, during the cutting with curved cutting edge drills. In this study, axial force and drilling torque, at work in St 37, 41Cr 4 and C45, has been measured using equipment with inductive transducer.
