수질-흑연로 원자흡광분광분석을 이용한 미량원소의 측정 水质石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定微量元素

该标准包括在石墨炉内利用电热原子化产生的原子吸光分光分析测定地表水、地下水、饮用水、废水及沉淀物中的Ag、Al、As、CD、Co、Cr、Cu、Fe、Mn、Mn、Mo、Ni、Nb、Sb、Se、Tl、V、Zn等微量元素的原则和步骤。该方法也适用于元素低浓度的测定。各元素的方法检出限不仅取决于仪器和原子化装置的形式以及化学调节剂的使用,还取决于样品的介质。在简单介质的水样中(如低浓度溶解的固体和颗粒)检测极限接近仪器检测极限。20 μL试样量的最小可能检出限在表1中。
이 표준은 흑연로 안에서 전열 원자화에 따른 원자흡광분광분석을 이용하여 지표수, 지하수, 음용수, 폐수 그리고 침전물에 있는 Ag, Al, As, Cd, Co, Cr, Cu, Fe, Mn, Mo, Ni, Pb, Sb, Se, Tl, V, Zn과 같 은 미량측정에 대한 원칙 및 절차를 포함한다. 이 방법은 원소의 저농도 측정에도 적합하다. 각 원소의 방법적 검출한계는 기기와 원자화장치의 형식 그리고 화학조절제의 사용뿐만 아니라 시료 의 매질에 달려 있다. 단순매질의 물 시료에서(예:저농도 용해된 고체와 입자) 검출한계는 기기적 검출한계에 가까워진다. 20 μL 시료량의 최소 가능한 검출한계는 표 1에 있다.
