                该规格适用于相位间公称电压在400kV以下的交流供电系统，在超过1000kPa（10bar）小于2000kPa（20bar）的（大于大气压）压力下，在用油填充的管道上安装有滑电线的单芯、同心圆柱状油浸地绝缘电缆的普通、特别、对形式试验进行规定。包括对附件和完成的电缆安装的试验，即安装凯布尔（附件）、管道（中空通道）充油和受压时的试验。

이 규격은 위상간 공칭 전압이 400 kV 이하인 교류 공급 시스템에서 사용하기 위한, 1 000 kPa (10 bar) 초과 2 000 kPa(20 bar) 미만의 (대기압보다 높 은) 압력하에서 오일로 채워진 파이프에 설치되는 활 주 와이어(skid wires)가 있는 단심, 동심 원통 상 유침지 절연 케이블에 대한 일반, 특별, 형식 시 험에 대하 여 규정한다. 부속품과 완성된 케이블 설치에 대한 시험, 즉 케이 블(부속품)이 설치되고 파이프(중공 유통로)가 오일 로 채워지고 압력을 받을 때의 시험들도 포함되어 있 다.
