                GB/T 36148的本部分规定了围油栏的基本设计要求、一般功能、标记和标志，并规定了制造商至少需提供的关于围油栏设计、尺寸和材料方面的信息。
本部分制定的目的是从技术衡准上为制造商提供帮助，为用户选用围油栏提供指导。本部分没有涉及与围油栏使用相关的安全注意事项，也没有明确围油栏操作规程。本部分的使用者有责任制定适当的安全健康操作规程，并明确相关规定的适用范围
