该规格按照KS C IEC61753－1－1（1）的附件A规定，为满足KS C IEC（或IEC）规格C部门（受控环境），规定了单模连接器/电缆组合应满足的最低要求和准确度。此外，该规格还包括随机耦合衰减及反射损耗试验中光学性能的选择等级规定。注（1）KS C IEC61753－1－1光通信连接元件和手动部件的性能标准－第1－1部分:连接元件一般事项和说明（连接器）
