Introductory Text1.This Order may be cited as the Rail Vehicle Accessibility.2.Any reference in this Order to a numbered regulation is.3.This Order applies to the rail vehicles which are numbered.4.(1) Subject to articles 5 and 6 below, the exempted.5.The exemption given in respect of regulation 4(3)(b) and regulation.6.The authorisation given by article 4(1) above shall cease immediately.SignatureExplanatory Note
