该标准说明了决定弹性支承（支承）以外弹性体并振的动态传递刚性的两种方法。例如，弹性法兰、轴对、电源线、软管和管道架（见图1）。用油或水等液体填充的弹性体除外。

이 표준은 탄성 받침(지지) 이외의 탄성체의 병진에 대한 동적 전달 강성을 결정하는 두 가지 방법을 설명한다. 그 예로 탄성 벨로우즈, 샤프트 커플링, 전원케이블, 호스와 파이프 걸이가 있다(그림 1 참조). 기름 또는 물과 같은 액체로 채워진 탄성체는 제외된다.
