This powerpoint presentation begins by providing a brief overview of Saipan and the Northern Mariana Islands. Study procedures included the following: gathering latest population census data into usable format; digitizing residence location from satellite imagery; using GIS to determine residents per house and residents per junction; using latest CUC data to get usage per residence; and, determining average use rate per junction. Topics presented include: import and synchronize data from GIS and shape file to WaterCAD for AutoCAD; WaterCAD junction data presented in terms of people served per junction; global edit of people demands to change to GPM; and, modify junction to reflect high use demands.
