Determine which goals should be accomplished by computerization, and to what extent they should be integrated with the existing system. Complete a more detailed implementation plan for the specific goals, using a phased approach for installation to ensure maximum control. Work on the actual implementation of systems integration goals, with the step-by-step success of phase completion. Two major keys to success are organization and flexibility.
