本标准规定了纺织业存在的粉尘与毒物的防护、工程技术、管理、应急措施及健康监护等要求。
本标准适用于棉纺织业、毛纺织业、麻纺织业、丝绢纺织业、针织品及其制品等所涉及单位（以下简称企业）的防尘防毒工作。
本标准不适用于石棉等矿棉的纺织业
