To publish the summarized results of the phase 1 study and experimental trials together with the results of the experiment evaluation of the draft ETS. A multipart ETR is planned with seven separate parts. This Part 2 of the ETR will present a review of the existing literature on memory and related issues relevant for accessing and controlling supplementary services with numeric codes
