This powerpoint presentation begins by providing a brief overview of project objectives that included: evaluate the adequacy of existing residuals processing facilities at 40 mgd and 64 mgd; identify upgrade/expansion alternatives consisting of maximizing existing sunk costs, consider recycle opportunities, and providing flexibility for extreme raw water events; and, design and construct recommended improvements. An overview of existing residuals processing facilities is provided, along with an evaluation of existing residuals handling system, including mass/hydraulic balance projections and identification of system limitations, residuals alternatives analysis, and an overview of recommended alternative.
