Deals with methods of measurement on single-channel-per-
carrier, phase-shift-keying, (SCPC-PSK) terminal equipment utilizing PCM encoding. The SCPC-PSK terminal may be used in a pre-assigned mode or integrated in a demand assignment multiple access (DAMA) network.
