该标准对质量浓度范围0.01mg/L~1.0mg/L P的磷酸盐(正磷酸盐)和质量浓度范围0.1mg/L~10mg/L P的KS I ISO 6878[5][6]中的湿法分解(手动消解)总磷的测定分别叙述了FIA(流动注入分析法、Flow注入分析法)和CFA(自动分析法、连续Flow Analysis)。适用范围可由多种工作条件改变。该标准可适用于水的不同种类(如地下水、饮用水、地表水、浸出水、废水)。另外,该方法也适用于海水的分析。但是,由于样品的盐度,载体和补正溶液的应用可能会引起灵敏度的变化。
이 표준은 질량농도 범위 0.01 mg/L∼1.0 mg/L P의 인산염(orthophosphate)과 질량농도 범위 0.1 mg/L∼10 mg/L P의 KS I ISO 6878[5][6]에 따른 습식분해(manual digestion)에 의한 총 인의 측정에 대해 FIA(흐름 주입 분석법, Flow Injection Analysis)과 CFA(자동 분석법, Continuous Flow Analysis)가 서술되어 있다. 적용범위는 다양한 작업 조건에 의해 바뀔 수 있다.이 표준은 물의 다양한 종류(예를 들면 지하수, 음용수, 지표수, 침출수, 폐수)에 적용할 수 있다.또한 이 방법은 해수의 분석에도 적용할 수 있다. 그러나 시료의 염도 때문에 운반체와 보정 용액의 적용에 의한 감도의 변화가 있을 수 있다.
