本文件规定了钕中镧、铈、镨、钐、铕、钆、铽、镝、钬、铒、铥、镱、镥和钇量的测定方法。
本文件适用于金属钕中镧、铈、镨、钐、铕、钆、铽、镝、鈥、铒、铥、镱、镥和钇量的测定。

本文件也适用于氧化钕中氧化镧、氧化铈、氧化镨、氧化钐、氧化铕、氧化钆、氧化铽、氧化镝、氧化
钬、氧化铒、氧化铥、氧化镱、氧化镥和氧化钇含量的测定。

本文件共包含3个方法：电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法（ICP-OES,方法1），电感耦合等离子体质
谱法（ICP-MS，方法2）,电感耦合等离子体串联质谱法（ICP-MS-MS，方法3）。方法1的测定范围见
表1，方法2、方法3的测定范围见表2。

当三个方法的分析范围出现重叠时,首选方法2作为仲裁方法
