수질 - 질산염 측정방법 水质硝酸盐的测定

该标准规定水中硝酸盐的测定方法。该方法可直接分析饮用水及原水,可测定试验样品的硝酸性氮浓度(r N)25mg/L。硝酸性氮浓度检测极限为r N(0.06mg/L)。r N(25毫克/升硝酸态氮含量的吸光度在10毫米路径长度的单元格中约为1.5单位。r N(在5mg/L以上的浓度下,使用氨基磺酸抑制硝酸性氮干扰的可能性。氯可能干扰严重,但可以将硫酸银添加到试验样品中,并在取试验样品前过滤去除(8.请参阅)。测定产生的氯的影响和除氯方法的效果在附录A中显示出来。
이 표준은 물속의 질산염 측정방법에 대하여 규정한다. 이 방법은 식수 및 원수를 직접 분석할 수있으며, 시험 시료의 질산성 질소 농도(r N ) 25 mg/L까지 측정할 수 있다. 질산성 질소 농도 검출 한계는 r N =0.06 mg/L이다. r N =25 mg/L의 질산성 질소 함유량의 흡광도는 10 mm 경로 길이의 셀에서약 1.5단위를 나타낸다. r N =5 mg/L 이상까지의 농도에서 질산성 질소로부터의 간섭 가능성은 아미드 술폰산을 사용하여 억제한다. 염소는 심하게 간섭할 수도 있으나, 황산은을 시험 시료에 첨가하고 시험 시료를 취하기 전에 걸러 제거할 수 있다(8. 참조). 측정에 따른 염소의 영향과 염소 제거 방법의 효과는 부속서 A에 나타내고 있다.
