View Sample Alloy Digest Data Sheet (PDF)Since 1952, Alloy Digest has been the leading reference for materials property data on metals and alloys used throughout the world. Featuring graphs, charts and tables, these sheets give facts and figures on composition or characterization, physical and mechanical properties, heat treatment, and machinability.Berylco 165 is a lower cost version of the standard 1.9 percent beryllium copper alloy. It offers good formability in the unhardened condition with high final properties following precipitation hardening. It is also available in the mill hardened condition which, without heat treatment by the fabricator, reaches strengths and hardnesses appreciably higher than bronze. Through good formability, it offers cost-saving opportunities by eliminating hardening. It combines good ductility with high strength and hardness, good electrical and thermal conductivity, and excellent resistance to wear and fatigue.
