本条例可引称为“核设施”（解释除外）2.（1）《解释法1889》应适用于解释除外事项3。就（d）段所述的“例外规定的活动限制”4（1）而言，须符合第（2），（3），（4）款.裂变材料的附加限制5.裂变材料应符合第6.6条的规定.特此撤销1965年《核设施（例外事项）条例》
