THIS PAPER DISCUSSES A TECHNIQUE TO ASSIST THE AVERAGE INDUSTRIAL EMPLOYEE TO BETTER UNDERSTAND THE FUNCTION OF STATISTICAL PROCESS CONTROL. WITH THE DATA GAINED THROUGH MONITORING THE PROCESS, IT IS ONE OF THE BEST TOOLS TO USE IN MEASURING THE CAPABILITY OF A PROCESS.
