该标准明确了在专用综合通信网（PISN）内连接在一起的专用综合通信网交换机（PINX）之间的Q参考点上支持运输柜台附加网功能（ANF-TC）的信号协议。ANF-TC是限制某些运输PINX的功能，这些PINX限制了呼叫设置要求，以保护网络免受无限反复的影响。

이 표준은 사설종합통신망(PISN) 내에서 함께 연결된 사설종합통신망 교환기(PINX)들 사이의 Q 참 조점에서 운송 카운터 추가 망 기능(ANF-TC)의 지원을 위한 신호 프로토콜을 명시한다. ANF-TC는 무한 반복으로부터 망을 보호하기 위해서 호출 설정 요구가 경로 설정될 수 있도록 하는 몇몇 운송 PINX들을 제한하는 기능이다.
