Introductory Text1.This Order may be cited as the Fuel and Electricity.2.(1) In this Order— “electricity” means electricity whether or not.3.(1) Subject to paragraph (2) of this Article, no person.4.Any licence granted under this Order may be subject to.5.It shall be a defence for a person who contravenes.6.This Order shall not extend to Northern Ireland.SignatureExplanatory Note
