The objective of this Standard is to provide additional methods for testing various attributes of motor vehicle occupant restraint systems such as child restraint systems and wheelchair occupant restraint assemblies over and above the essential health and safety requirements specified in AS/NZS 2596 Seat belt assemblies for motor vehicles.
