2014年2月25日第184/2014号委员会实施条例（欧盟）根据欧洲议会和理事会第1303/2013号条例（欧盟）制定了关于欧洲区域发展基金、欧洲社会基金、凝聚基金的共同规定，欧洲农村发展农业基金和欧洲海洋和渔业基金，并制定了关于欧洲区域发展基金、欧洲社会基金、凝聚基金和欧洲海洋和渔业基金的一般规定，适用于成员国和委员会之间的电子数据交换系统的条款和条件，并根据欧洲议会和理事会关于欧洲区域发展基金支持欧洲领土合作目标的具体规定（EU）第1299/2013号条例通过，欧洲地区合作目标下欧洲区域发展基金支持的干预类别的命名
