This Special Publication is a collection of 24 papers from an international panel of experts. The volume is arranged in three parts: Part One covers the more fundamental aspects and laboratory investigations; Part Two covers field studies where concrete is exposed to natural conditions; and Part Three covers case histories of the performance and rehabilitation of concrete structures in severe environments.
