该标准规定了利用2-(4-碘苯基)-3-(4-硝基phynyl)-5-苯基四氮唑氯化物(INT)测定土壤内脱氢酶活性的方法。INT还原对O2不太敏感,因此比KS I ISO 23753-1中描述的TTC方法可靠性更高。
이 표준은 2-(4-iodophenyl)-3-(4-nitrophynyl)-5-phenyltetrazolium chloride(INT)를 이용한 토양 내 탈수소 효소의 활성 측정 방법을 규정한다. INT환원은 O2에 덜 민감하므로 KS I ISO 23753-1에 기술된 TTC 방법보다 더 신뢰성이 높다.
