Total Quality Concept For Automatically Assembled 自动装配的全面质量概念

用于自动装配的高强度紧固件只能通过结合基本工程和质量概念来设计和制造。从早期设计阶段开始,应通过用户和制造商之间的密切合作开发特殊螺栓设计。在生产前和生产过程中,适当的质量控制措施确保了高水平的无缺陷生产。所有这些措施都不能完全防止意外故障。为了避免这些故障,有必要在最后一次生产操作中与自动包装一起进行100%自动检查。只有在这个总体概念的基础上,结合所有适当的原则,才能实现紧固件的无中断进给和组装。
HIGH-STRENGTH FASTENERS FOR AUTOMATIC ASSEMBLY CAN ONLY BE DESIGNED AND MANUFACTURED BY INCORPORATING FUNDAMENTAL ENGINEERING AND QUALITY CONCEPTS. STARTING AT THE EARLY DESIGN STAGE, A SPECIAL BOLT DESIGN SHOULD BE DEVELOPED BY CLOSE COOPERATION BETWEEN USER AND MANUFACTURER. BEFORE AND DURING PRODUCTION THE APPROPRIATE QUALITY CONTROL MEASURES ASSURE A HIGH LEVEL OF DEFECT-FREE PRODUCTION. ALL OF THESE MEASURES CANNOT COMPLETELY PREVENT ACCIDENTAL FAULTS. TO AVOID THESE FAULTS, IT IS NECESSARY TO AUTOMATICALLY 100% INSPECT AS A LAST PRODUCTION OPERATION IN CONJUNCTION WITH AUTOMATIC PACKING. ONLY WITH THIS TOTAL CONCEPT, COMBINING ALL APPROPRIATE PRINCIPLES, IS INTERRUPTION-FREE FEEDING AND ASSEMBLY OF FASTENERS POSSIBLE.
