The paper gives the geometrical foundation for mathematical modeling of manufacturing systems. It has been shown by a number of examples in (2), that geometry is strong enough to be used as a general mathematical model for the wide range of physical and economical processes being a part of manufacturing systems. The use of one model for most aspects in manufacturing systems has the important benefit that one software system will suffice.
