Encryption of data in H-ANC and V-ANC data regions is not defined by this standard This document also defines the Link Encryption metadata to synchronize the encryption and decryption processes, and a Link Encryption Key Message to carry Link Encryption keys for decryption over the 1.5Gb/s interface.
