                本操作规程适用于含有超过5升askarel的电气设备，并给出了处理askarel污染废物时应遵守的预防措施和安全程序的指导。

The code of practice is applicable to electrical equipment containing more than 5 litres of askarels and gives guidance on the precautions to be observed to avoid pollution of the environment and safety procedures to be taken when handling askarel-contaminated waste.
