This Joint Ordnance Test Procedure (JOTP) shall serve as the US national implementing document for NATO STANAG 4764 Edition 1 and AAS3P-23 Edition A. The categories of ammunition covered by this JOTP are high explosive, smoke, illumination, less-than-lethal, inert and training cartridges.
