THIS PAPER ADDRESSES THE DEVELOPMENT, MANUFACTURING PROCESS, AND BENEFITS OF ROTARY DIAMOND DRESSING ROLLS UTILIZING THE REVERSE PLATED METHOD. IT ALSO DISCUSSES THE DEVELOPMENT OF POLYCRYSTALLINE DIAMOND AND HOW THE INCORPORATION OF THESE TWO TECHNOLOGIES PROVIDES THE MOST TECHNOLOGICALLY ADVANCED DRESSING TOOL AVAILABLE TO INDUSTRY TODAY.
