该标准规定了测试符合ECE-R13/09附录1至6的范畴M、N及O（M1、N1、O1及O2除外）车辆耐久制动装置的方法。方括号内给出的值是为了信息而从ECE标准No.13中取的。

이 표준은 ECE－R 13/09의 부록 1에서 6까지를 따르도록 설계된 범주 M, N 및 O(M1, N1, O1 및 O2는 제외)의 차량의 내구 제동 장치를 시험하기 위한 방법을 규정한 것이다. 사각 괄호 안에 주어진 값은 정보를 위해 ECE 표준 No.13으로부터 취한 것이다.
