====== Significance And Use ======

Resilient modulus can be used in the evaluation of materials quality and as input for pavement design, evaluation, and analysis. With this method, the effects of temperature and load on resilient modulus can also be investigated. This modulus test can be run on pavement cores because of specimen orientation.
