ISO 22719:2008规定了海水中总碱度的开池电位滴定测定。结果以摩尔/千克海水表示。该方法适用于测定实际盐度范围为30至40的正常海水的海洋总碱度（2 000 μ mol·kg-1至2 500 μ mol·kg-1）。

ISO 22719:2008 specifies an open-cell potentiometric titration determination of total alkalinity in sea water. The results are expressed in moles per kilogram of sea water. The method is suitable for assaying oceanic levels of total alkalinity (2 000 μmol kg–1 to 2 500 μmol kg–1) for normal sea water of practical salinity ranging from 30 to 40.
