funded 18 month
program using social
marketing techniques to
invigorate small community
audience participation in the
development of wastewater
management-focused source
water and wellhead
protection plans. The overriding principles in SMART are presented, along with the primary goal and objectives of the USEPA grant requirements, strategies for
implementing SMART and expected outcomes, training strategy and topics, technical assistance, RCAP Activities and Deliverables, SMART Trailblazer Communities, training evaluation information, interview themes, evaluation component, lessons learned and next steps.
