该标准适用于直接浓缩牛乳或低脂牛奶或添加食品或食品添加剂浓缩的浓缩乳。（100%原油或脱脂油，不含食品或食品添加剂）

이 표준은 소에서 착유된 원유 또는 저지방우유를 그대로 농축한 것이거나 식품 또는 식품첨가물을 가하여 농축한 농축유에 대하여 적용한다. (원유 또는 탈지유 100 %, 식품 또는 식품첨가물은 제외)
