该标准是第二部(KS D ISO 11437-2)的1。对给定浓度范围的镍合金中电热原子吸收分光法测定微量元素的定量分析方法进行规定。其他元素被添加到附件中。一些镍合金的普通成分在附属书B中显示。该标准的第一部分规定了电热原子吸收分光法分析所需的一般事项。第二部分规定了评价试验试样的准备和溶解、各试验方法的重复性和重现性的计算和程序方法。
이 표준은 제2부(KS D ISO 11437-2)의 1.에 주어진 농도 범위의 니켈합금 중 전열 원자 흡수 분광 법에 의한 미량 원소들의 정량 분석 방법에 대하여 규정한다. 다른 원소들은 부속서에 추가되었다. 일부 니켈합금의 일반 성분들을 부속서 B에 나타내었다. 이 표준의 제1부는 전열 원자 흡수 분광법에 의한 분석에 필요한 일반 사항들에 대하여 규정한다. 시험 시료의 준비와 용해, 각 시험방법의 반복성과 재현성을 평가하기 위한 계산과 절차 방법에 대 해서는 제2부에서 규정한다.
