适用于在不超过60毫升的溶液中含有10至500æg铁的试验溶液。制备试验溶液时，应参考与所分析产品相关的标准，该标准还应给出任何修改。

Applicable to test solutions from which an aliquot portion can be taken containing between 10 and 500 æg of Fe in not more than 60 ml. Reference should be made, for the preparation of the test solution, to the standard relating to the product being analyzed, which should also give any modifications.
